Community Partners

Connected by a shared commitment to wellness.

Whole-person wellness grows through community. We welcome independent professionals, organizations, nonprofits, schools, businesses, faith communities, and creative voices whose work can support mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. You do not need to be a mental health provider to contribute to a healthier community.

Work with the Foundation

Bring your purpose.
Build connection.

Do you share our commitment to whole-person wellness? We would love to learn about your work and explore ways to support our community together.

Start a conversation

Tell us about the people you serve and what you could bring. Ideas might include a one-time gathering, an ongoing program, shared space, resources, sponsorship, or a collaboration we have not imagined yet.

Community partnership inquiry ↗Partner programs are separate from clinical mental health care. A partnership does not make an independent organization part of our clinical staff.
