Preparing for launch · Appointments opening later

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
We can begin with a conversation.
The following services are planned. The final service offerings and care team will be confirmed before appointments open. Care will be based on each person's needs.
A thoughtful review of symptoms, health history, current concerns, and goals to guide an individualized treatment plan.
When appropriate, discuss medication options and follow up on response, side effects, and progress with a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
Plans include therapy with appropriately licensed professionals to support emotional wellness, coping skills, and treatment goals. Therapist availability will be announced when confirmed.
Planned care-management support may include symptom check-ins, help navigating treatment barriers, and coordination with your care team, according to clinical need and available services.
Compassionate care for mind, body, and spirit.
We believe caring for the whole person means honoring emotional health, physical well-being, and the sources of meaning and strength that matter to you. Our approach welcomes people of all faiths, spiritual perspectives, and no religious belief.
For those who welcome it, faith-based support may include prayer, reflection, and conversations about hope, purpose, and resilience. We begin by listening to what faith or spirituality means to you and asking what support feels right. Together, we can explore how your own beliefs and values may support your well-being alongside evidence-based mental health care.
Self-care can take many forms, and it looks different for everyone. Our whole-person approach makes room for movement and exercise, yoga and gentle stretching, healthy eating and nutrition, restful sleep, journaling, mindfulness, meditation, guided imagery, and breathing or relaxation practices. It can also mean enjoying a creative activity, spending time outdoors, setting healthy boundaries, or making space for meaningful connection.
Together, we can explore practical ways to care for your mind, body, and spirit that fit your needs, abilities, interests, and daily life. These may be practices you enjoy on your own, routines we discuss as part of your care, or opportunities to connect with wellness resources and activities through our team as our offerings develop. The goal is to help you build a personal collection of tools for feeling supported, restoring balance, and caring for yourself beyond the appointment.
You do not need to share any particular belief to receive care. Spiritual support is always optional, and choosing it or declining it does not affect your access to services. We respect your beliefs without asking you to change them.
Would you like someone to pray with you? Request a brief telephone call for hope, strength, healing, peace or another general prayer need.
Choose from a simple topic checklist—no personal story is required. Share a callback number and preferred time, and we will follow up to arrange the call.
Faith-based prayer support is optional, welcomes people of all backgrounds, and is guided by your preferences. It is separate from clinical treatment. A prayer request does not book a mental health appointment.
